• Help support HubSpot’s mobility function by providing support to Talent Mobility team • Manage, refine, and expand global mobility policies and processes • Provide strategic advice on global mobility offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience • 6+ years of relevant corporate global mobility and relocation experience • Experience working in-house in the global mobility function • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and customer service skills • Resourceful, self-driven, and comfortable managing projects independently • Able to manage a broad range of subject matters in a fast-paced environment • Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and time management skills • Reliable, team-oriented, and have a positive attitude • Comfortable working as an individual contributor and collaborator
