Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Design and User Experience with 2-3 years in a leadership role • Passionate about empowering both customers and team members • Keen to lead and collaborate with diverse teams • Enthusiastic in driving innovation and adapting strategies • Comfortable using data and user research to inform design decisions • Motivated to foster a culture of continuous improvement • Value receiving and providing constructive feedback • Comfortable articulating design decisions and asking tough questions • Experience across various industries, particularly in tech, agency, and consultancy

Benefits

• Base salary of £78-117k GBP with a 15% bonus (Based on experience and relevant skillset)
