📋 Description
• Support customers through a variety of support channels. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hugging Face Hub features. • Develop and maintain internal and external documentation and examples. • Support internal use of the Hub at Hugging Face. • Assist non-technical support team members with advanced support requests.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of full-stack software development experience with Javascript/Typescript/Node.js and Mongo.DB technologies. • Understand how to write good, clean code in multiple programming languages. • Comfortable working with a great deal of autonomy and limited supervision. • Enjoy the puzzle of solving open-ended problems. • Direct experience talking about technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Loves constantly learning and re-learning a changing technical product. • Can empathize with users of all experience levels.
