📋 Description
• Maintain responsibility for timely update and accurate representation of provider demographic • Oversee Provider Data architecture redesign and process improvement • Focus on automation to increase speed for provider certification applications • Partner with HGB leadership to redesign business processes • Develop a true Data Steward Program within Humana Government Business
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 5 or more years of leadership experience within a highly matrixed company • 5 or more years of provider data process experience • Demonstrated Business and Financial acumen • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work with project stakeholders, regional teams and clinical leaders • Experience collaborating and building relationships with 3rd party vendors • U.S. citizenship required • Successfully receive approval for government security clearance
