📋 Description
• Senior Enterprise Architect aligning business vision and technology strategy • Advocate for business within IT ensuring technology execution aligns with strategy • Mentor and guide enterprise, solution, technology, and system architects across Humana • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align business vision and strategy
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience • 8 or more years design, development, and testing of software applications • Expertise in all SDLC activities including ideation, design, implementation, validating functional and non-functional aspects, and Day2 operations • Expert knowledge and experience with enterprise architecture pattern development and application, cloud native architectures and agile delivery • Familiarity/certification in architectural frameworks like TOGAF • 2+ years of project leadership and consulting experience
