β€’ Serve as the ART conductor, leading the appropriate use of SAFe principles, ceremonies and tools for a moderately complex program β€’ Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a continuous exploration process that drives the synthesis of a vision, a roadmap, and backlogs β€’ Actively coach, mentor and influence technical teams, scrum masters, and business partners in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets β€’ Help teams refine value streams β€’ Coach teams to identify and remediate related dependencies/barriers β€’ Encourage collaboration between teams and system and solution architects and engineering β€’ Orchestrate synchronized program level processes and executes across several scrum and product teams β€’ Collaborate with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment β€’ Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve β€’ Ensure teams maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery of business value while generating artifacts necessary to maintain cadence and synchronization on the train

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology or a related field β€’ SAFe Scrum Master certified β€’ 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or related role β€’ 2+ years of experience working on large scale, technically complex projects β€’ Experience working within the SAFe Framework as an IT Project Manager, scrum master, other related mentorship type role β€’ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology β€’ Familiarity with one or more Agile Lifecycle Management Tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA Align β€’ Familiarity of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) β€’ Prior experience in the health solutions industry β€’ Excellent communication skills, mentorship/leadership competencies, expertise in operating through influence, and high level of emotional intelligence β€’ Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
