Description

β€’ Contribute to the administration of utilization management. β€’ Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative assignments. β€’ Provide non-clinical support for treatment, care or services for members. β€’ Work within defined parameters under minimal direction.

Requirements

β€’ Must reside in Kentucky or a contiguous county. β€’ One or more years administrative or technical support experience. β€’ Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Preferred: Electronic medical record programs, medical terminology and/or ICD-10 codes. β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
