Description

• Drive Humanitec’s growth by managing inbound (75%) and outbound (25%) prospecting efforts, creating sales-qualified leads that convert into opportunities and closed deals. • Qualify inbound leads through personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, phone calls, events, and other innovative engagement strategies. • Craft compelling email sequences, cold-call scripts, and LinkedIn messages to enhance the lead qualification process. • Research and propose new tools and approaches to consistently meet or exceed quotas and remain aligned with modern sales frameworks. • Conduct initial calls with high-value enterprise prospects, gaining insights into their needs and aligning them with Humanitec’s solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, such as SDR, with a strong desire for personal and professional growth. • Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and a growth-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in writing persuasive email copy and developing effective outreach campaigns. • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, SFDC, Dripify/Expandi, Crunchbase, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, CommonRoom, Clay, Cognizm, and Google Spreadsheets. • A flexible and adaptive approach to refining strategies as needed. • Native-level proficiency in English.
