Description

• Work remotely from a location within the United States with consistent internet service. • Provide managed services application support using expertise in system configuration, workflow design, and application analysis. • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to refine processes and contribute to best practices. • Engage directly with clients to resolve complex issues and identify improvement opportunities. • Mentor less experienced team members and foster professional growth. • Analyze workflows, data, and technical issues to recommend solutions aligned with business needs. • Lead project scoping activities, including requirements definition and anticipated return on investment. • Champion cross-functional collaboration efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Current Epic Tapestry certification(s) ( Tapestry Utilization Management Administration). • Analyst level: 3+ years of experience in the analysis, design, build, testing, and maintenance of Epic applications. • Senior Analyst level: 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design, build, testing, and maintenance of Epic applications. • A successful track record leading Epic system enhancements and upgrades. • Highly skilled in troubleshooting and effectively tracking and resolving issues. • Proven ability to follow change control and testing procedures. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Comfortable working both independently and in teams, with wide latitude for independent judgement. • Experience mentoring less experienced team members. • Able to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and manage projects of increasing scope and complexity. • Deep knowledge of the healthcare workflows related to Epic applications. • Able to provide on-call support during scheduled times, if required. • Certification in additional Epic applications. (Desired) • Experience with project management methodologies and tools. (Desired) • Experience serving as a subject matter expert in support of organizational training initiatives. (Desired) • Able to lead productive discussions and contribute valuable insights during collaborative sessions on complex, integrated workflows. (Desired)

• Eligible: Yes • Travel: 4-5 trips per year for client visits, training, and company events. • Working Hours: Pacific Time • On Call: Required to participate in the on-call rotation with an estimated 8 weeks on-call per year.
