Description

• Hunger Free America strives to build a nonpartisan, grassroots movement to enact the policies and programs needed to end hunger in the US and ensure that all Americans have sufficient access to nutritious food. • Hunger Free America (HFA) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support the expansion of our various departments’ work in Salesforce. • HFA’s Benefits Access Department will be expanding our reach by launching a call center to assist NYC residents with their SNAP, WIC, Fair Fares, and Cash Assistance benefits. • The new Salesforce Administrator will work with HFA’s Data Department on the scoping, implementation, and training of the call center into our existing Salesforce structure. • Reporting directly to the Salesforce and Systems Engineering Lead, the Salesforce Administrator is responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the new benefits access call center.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience. Some experience related to call center admin work in Salesforce is preferred. • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Experience training individuals on Salesforce and/or new software. • Experience writing technical documentation. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Organized self-starter who works well independently. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of food assistance programs such as SNAP, WIC, food pantries, and soup kitchens is not required, but a plus.

Benefits
