Description

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery • Manage Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), finances, budget planning and preparation • Develop and implement execution, finance, and budgeting strategies • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to streamline operations • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies • Allocate resources effectively, managing contract budgets and timelines • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans • Ensure compliance with DoD and DISA regulations, standards, and policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant finance experience in IT and Acquisition, DoD preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Manager successfully managing multiple, concurrent task orders with an aggregate annual value over $10M • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, Program/Project Management or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred • PMP Certification • Active DoD Top Secret / Top Secret with SCI Eligibility Clearance • Experience with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs): Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Oracle cloud environments • Experience & success employing Agile methodologies and frameworks • Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities • Proven track record of successfully leading a cross-functional team across various regions • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality • Proficiency with modern office tools and technology
