• Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates • Job Role: Operational and IT Support • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (AU Time Zone) • Salary range: 1300 - 1600 AUD • Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Aussie and US based companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines & Nepal. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. • Who The Client Is: A 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), Print, and Mail service provider, the company operates with a strong focus on in-house management of all operations. • Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Generalist Operational & IT Assistant. • Key Responsibilities: Operations & Administration: Processing and monitoring client invoices, billing, and other financial records, utilizing & administering Asana, collaborating in Notion, assisting with review requests, providing support for ticketing systems, weekly invoice reconciliation. • IT & Systems Management: Manage Shopify integrations and troubleshoot as needed, proofreading A.I. generated documents, proficiency with Microsoft and Google suite of products, dashboard system administration.

Requirements

• Experience in an operations or IT assistant role. • Familiarity with Shopify, Notion, and Zapier. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer survey platforms (such as Reviews.io). • Basic understanding of financial processes, including billing and invoice reconciliation. • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
