Description

• Play a pivotal role in internal communications and oversight of key strategic projects • Ensure seamless execution of initiatives supporting TaskUs's people strategy • Drive initiatives enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness • Responsible for various projects from client implementations to strategic company initiatives • Work closely with cross-functional teams for effective communication and successful project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Project management, or related field • Significant experience in strategic project management ideally within People Strategy or Corporate Communication or Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong communication, project leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse teams • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet systems, email marketing software) • Experience in leading a team while directing growth initiatives in a high-pressure and global environment • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills • Experience in change management and crisis communication is a plus • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels
