🎯 Requirements
•15+ years of hotel franchise sales and development, hotel feasibility, hotel financial analysis, or other sales-related experience. •Previous experience working with or on behalf of lifestyle brands •Established relationships with owners, operators, consultants, management companies, lenders, builders, etc. •Strong negotiation and influencing skills. •Excellent communication and presentation skills. •Excellent interpersonal skills and demeanor. •Ability to multitask and handle multiple relationships and deals at all times •Bachelor’s degree •Ability to travel approximately 70-80% of the time required
