📋 Description

• Shape, develop and execute key value and strategy initiatives. • Serve as a functional leader, resource and mentor. • Design, build and maintain Competitive Intelligence / Market Models. • Support business units’ customer targeting and existing relationships with customer / client intelligence. • Create clear and compelling materials to communicate market analyses, expectations and go-forward projections. • Development of M&A criteria, priorities and financial models. • Support activities around investor / financial stakeholder relations. • Close collaboration with Finance team.

🎯 Requirements

• Extremely strong financial background (i.e. MBA, CPA, sell-side / buy-side financial analyst, business consultant, Investor Relations, etc.) • Ability to build and maintain complex financial models. • Strategic thinker and driver, capable of building out and executing against comprehensive strategic plans. • Ability to work well with others, communicate clearly and meet deadlines is required. • Excellent financial knowledge and business acumen. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning. • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail. • Willingness to work collaboratively in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.
