📋 Description

•The VP of Development is responsible for being the primary contact with the lifestyle hotel community for the future development and growth of Hyatt Lifestyle brands. •You will be part of a team passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections with stakeholders, colleagues, and guests across the organization. •Develop Relationships with Owners & other partners to grow the Hyatt system •Identify locations and markets in which to focus time and effort •Bring new Hyatt projects forward for approval through Hyatt’s internal Development Committee •Manage and grow the lifestyle deal pipeline

🎯 Requirements

•15+ years of hotel franchise sales and development, hotel feasibility, hotel financial analysis, or other sales-related experience. •Previous experience working with or on behalf of lifestyle brands •Established relationships with owners, operators, consultants, management companies, lenders, builders, etc. •Strong negotiation and influencing skills. •Excellent communication and presentation skills. •Excellent interpersonal skills and demeanor. •Ability to multitask and handle multiple relationships and deals at all times
