β’ Highly motivated. β’ Technical capability to understand and recommend hydraulic circuits and solutions. β’ Ability to develop value proposition for HYDAC and its products/solutions. β’ Ability to develop and foster customer relationships. β’ Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop cross-functional relationships. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills including writing business correspondence, reports, and presentation skills. β’ Ability to develop and implement strategic direct. β’ Ability to use the Internet, Project Management software, spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software. β’ Demonstrated ability to grow sales in a designated territory. β’ Customer empathy/customer advocate mentality. β’ Strong project management skills. β’ Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close prospect accounts. β’ Willingness to travel (50%). β’ Ability to work independently and to set daily priorities and workload.
