β€’ HYDAC is a family-owned and operated business. β€’ Our goal is to provide quality products, components, and services. β€’ The Key Account Manager is responsible for assigned accounts. β€’ Overseeing and managing distributor and customer relationships in assigned region. β€’ Increasing sales and profit margins with assigned accounts. β€’ Implementing HYDAC Corporate Sales Strategy and keeping CRM updated for assigned accounts. β€’ Effectively communicating market trends and product competitiveness. β€’ Reviewing lost opportunities to provide feedback to management. β€’ Submitting a monthly report to consist of target account updates. β€’ Coordinating internal resources as required to support account.

Requirements

β€’ Highly motivated. β€’ Technical capability to understand and recommend hydraulic circuits and solutions. β€’ Ability to develop value proposition for HYDAC and its products/solutions. β€’ Ability to develop and foster customer relationships. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop cross-functional relationships. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills including writing business correspondence, reports, and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to develop and implement strategic direct. β€’ Ability to use the Internet, Project Management software, spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software. β€’ Demonstrated ability to grow sales in a designated territory. β€’ Customer empathy/customer advocate mentality. β€’ Strong project management skills. β€’ Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close prospect accounts. β€’ Willingness to travel (50%). β€’ Ability to work independently and to set daily priorities and workload.
