Description

• Hydro-X Air is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. • Responsible for managing and expanding our customer base. • Developing strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Ensure timely and effective servicing of assigned customer accounts. • Conduct contracted technical visits according to the agreed schedule. • Plan and prioritise sales activities and customer interactions to align with company goals. • Manage assigned customers or territories in line with the market development strategy. • Maintain and grow business with existing customers by promoting the full range of company products and services. • Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins in accordance with agreed goals. • Expand market presence by fully briefing prospective customers on company offerings. • Meet the agreed number of appointments with customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Prior experience in account management or sales, preferably in the environmental services industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Knowledge of water treatment and environmental services is preferred • Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
