• Verantwortlich für Gewinnung und Betreuung von Partnerunternehmen für Hypercampus • Identifizierung und Gewinnung neuer Partnerunternehmen für Hypercampus • Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften und Pflege bestehender Beziehungen • Konzipierung individueller Angebote für Kunden und überzeugende Präsentation

Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Key Account Management oder in vergleichbarer Rolle, idealerweise in der IT-Branche oder im SaaS-Umfeld • Erfahrung in der Neukundengewinnung sowie in der Betreuung und Verhandlung mit Großkunden • Kenntnisse in CRM Systemen, bestenfalls Hubspot; technisches Verständnis und Affinität zu Bildungsprodukten • Durchsetzungsstark, kommunikativ und verbindlich im Umgang mit Kunden • Strukturiert, zielorientiert und bereit, regelmäßig innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen • Gespür für Netzwerke und persönlichen Bezug zu Bildungsthemen • Kreativ, lösungsorientiert und komplexe Sachverhalte klar präsentieren • Teamorientiert, eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
