• Own outbound lead generation process • Understand HyperComply’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria • Prospect using outbound sales tools • Build relationships with key decision-makers • Communicate product value proposition to potential clients • Achieve monthly goal of qualified opportunities • Collaborate with sales team for lead handoff • Update CRM software with accurate information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 6-12 months of experience in similar business development or sales role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools • Knowledge of technology industry and emerging trends is a plus
