• The Revenue Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our revenue functions, enabling teams to meet ambitious growth targets while maintaining a sustainable approach. • Key Responsibilities: ● Operational Strategy: Build and manage scalable systems, processes, and tools to support revenue growth and team efficiency. ● CRM Management: Optimize CRM (Salesforce or similar) setup, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to drive sales and marketing decisions. ● Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the VP of Global Revenue to streamline the sales process, shorten deal cycles, and maximize pipeline efficiency. ● Marketing Operations: Align marketing efforts with revenue goals by refining lead scoring, tracking campaign ROI, and optimizing funnel metrics. ● Revenue Analytics: Generate and present dashboards and reports that provide key revenue insights, including forecasting, pipeline health, and churn metrics. ● Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure collaboration and alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by implementing processes and tools that drive a unified approach to revenue generation. ● Budget Optimization: Identify cost-effective tools and strategies to maximize operational impact without exceeding budget constraints.
• Experience: ○ 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or technology company. ○ Proven experience optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and managing revenue operations tools. ○ A robust understanding of the web 3 space is a big plus • Skills: ○ Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue metrics and data-driven decision-making. ○ Familiarity with revenue forecasting, sales pipeline management, and marketing funnel analytics. ○ Excellent project management and process improvement capabilities. ○ Strong communication skills for working across teams and presenting insights to stakeholders. • Mindset: ○ Hands-on and resourceful, with the ability to achieve impactful results on a lean budget. ○ Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
