• Seeking a dynamic and creative Growth Hacker to join our marketing team. • Responsible for driving growth through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies. • Design and implement scalable marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Rapidly run tests across multiple marketing channels to discover growth opportunities. • Analyze data from campaigns to identify key performance indicators (KPIs). • Work closely with product, sales, and development teams to ensure alignment. • Lead initiatives to improve organic search performance and drive inbound traffic. • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on digital channels. • Innovate new ways to acquire users at scale and improve retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Growth Hacker, Marketing Manager, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, growth frameworks, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush, etc.). • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and funnel optimization. • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. • Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. • A data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and results. • Preferred: Experience in startups or fast-growing companies. • Understanding of user behaviour analytics and customer journey mapping. • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
