Description

• Nerdy is searching for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention. • Leverage data and work cross-functionally to create impactful marketing strategies. • Fluency in data and understanding of marketing technology are essential.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a variety of growth disciplines including performance marketing, CRM, and conversion rate optimization • Experience using important tools of the trade, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Webflow, Segment, SendGrid, and Optimove (or equivalents) • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • A mastery of Google Sheets/Excel is required, SQL and Looker (or other visualization tools experience) is a plus • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to fluently navigate and align with Product, Engineering, and Design teams, while distilling complex insights into clear, actionable presentations for senior leadership. • High level of organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Enjoys working and thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment • 4+ years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth and performance. • Bachelor’s degree required
