Description

• Drive digital acquisition efforts and own ad spend and campaign optimization strategies. • Manage, analyze, optimize and scale campaigns across brands to increase user acquisition. • Drive ad spend decisions at significant monthly spend levels. • Manage and partner with ad agency for campaign and spend decisions. • Deliver critical reporting and analysis on marketing performance metrics. • Research and implement new acquisition methods for marketing leads.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing experience at an eCommerce or SMB start-up or small organization. • Background in performance or growth marketing, media buying, email marketing, or digital marketing. • Expertise in running campaigns at scale, understanding data, measuring results, and optimizing quickly. • Knowledge in scaling paid digital acquisition channels, including Meta, Google Search, YouTube, and TikTok. • Experience managing ad spend with marketing agencies. • Proven persuasive and direct response writing experience focused on conversions and upselling. • Hubspot email marketing and CRM experience. • Strong analytical skills to turn data into optimizations across funnels. • Strong project management and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment. • Excellent internal communication skills for collaboration across departments. • Get it done attitude.
