• Support ing our COO and Senior Commercial Manager with a variety of tasks including data entry and organisation, processing quotes, sales orders and invoices, managing credits, handling account queries, and general admin • Responding to commercial queries from customers and partners • Helping us identify ways we can better manage or even automate certain administrative tasks • Documenting processes for training and record keeping • Providing cross-departmental administrative support where needed, with the potential for growth into other areas
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, scale-up company • A proactive, can-do attitude; not afraid to suggest new ideas and take on board feedback • Self-motivated self-starter, able to motivate yourself and engage with others in a fully remote role • Experience of working as part of a fully-remote team is preferred • A strong communicator, both internally and with external parties • Outcome-oriented - with no aversion to 'rolling up your sleeves' and solving immediate business problems • A desire for continuous personal and professional development • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and quick to learn new technology platforms • Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, and accounting tools such as Xero • A meticulous eye for detail and genuine desire to maintain excellent levels of accuracy • The ability to work methodically and manage multiple ongoing tasks at different stages of completion, prioritising workload effectively, adapting positively to change • Passionate and take great pride in what you do • Avid learner, curious and hungry to explore new things
