Job Summary •The DevOps Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment processes. •Work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our software products. Essential Functions •Design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions to support our software development and deployment processes. •Collaborate with development teams to define and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. •Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment processes. •Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance. •Implement and maintain security best practices for our infrastructure and applications. Focus on DevSecOps practices. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues. •Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably in a product-focused environment. •Expertise in working with cloud platforms. AWS or Azure required. •Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tool. Terraform is required. •Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes. •Proven GitOps experience like ArgoCD or Flux. •Experience with at least one configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt stack (ansible preferred) etc. •Linux Administration experience with variety of operating systems like Redhat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux. •Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI. •Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Go Language. •Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana and ELK stack. •Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. •Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have: •Certification of at least one of AWS, Azure, Terraform, Networking. •Certification like RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA •Certification/experience working with Openshift, RKE, Tanzu or equivalent.
