Description
• ICAST is a nonprofit that delivers green upgrades to multifamily affordable housing properties. • Collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment with opportunities for growth. • Responsible for all aspects of Purchasing, developing and negotiating RFPs.
Requirements
• 3+ Years’ experience in a similar position, in the residential construction industry • Knowledge of Federal Procurement Processes & Federal Acquisition Regulations pertaining to CFR200 • Demonstrable ability to read and understand product specifications for HVAC, Hot Water heaters, and other energy efficiency and solar products. • Strong negotiation skills. • Experience with Change Order processes • Proficiency with M365 suite of products • Experience performing Procurement functions in the Multifamily segment of the Construction Industry
