• Manage onboarding and facilitate workshops – Guide new clients through a structured onboarding process to ensure alignment. • Partner with consultants to understand each client’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, processes, and systems. • Build and execute operational roadmaps – Maintain prioritized roadmap documentation for each client, ensuring projects align with business goals. • Manage project execution – Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle, from discovery and planning to implementation and post-deployment monitoring. • Own client success – Act as the main liaison between clients and internal resources, ensuring all projects and tasks run smoothly. • Run sprint meetings and client reviews – Conduct regular sprint check-ins, deliver ongoing status updates to clients, and lead monthly and quarterly reviews. • Triage and manage client requests – Quickly assess, prioritize and assign ad hoc client needs.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM Ops • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot, either as an administrator or through managing CRM implementations or updates • Proven ability to manage strategy and projects in Revenue Operations environments • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple initiatives • High attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A growth mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt
