β’ Position Overview: β’ ICE Consulting is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative / Telemarketer to join our dynamic team in Lahore, Pakistan. β’ In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our growth in the IT Managed Services sector. β’ You will spearhead initiatives to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships through effective communication and personalized service. β’ Key Responsibilities: β’ Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities. β’ Engage in cold calling and outbound communication to generate leads and set appointments. β’ Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services. β’ Support clients in understanding our Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) offerings. β’ Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities effectively. β’ Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups. β’ Prepare sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. β’ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve outreach. β’ Achieve personal and team goals for lead generation and sales. β’ Maintain knowledge of trends in the IT services industry to effectively communicate with clients.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales. β’ Experience in the IT services or consulting industry preferred. β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β’ Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with decision-makers. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. β’ Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM Pakistan Time).
