Description

• Develop and manage subcontractor agreements. • Process invoices for consultants and vendors. • Serve as contact point for consultants, vendors, managers, and federal clients. • Coordinate with ICF business services (subcontracts, procurement, AP). • Provider operational support for multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Create/edit project task tracker, schedules, forecasts in Excel and other online platforms. • Support project meetings, take notes, develop meeting summaries. • Provide logistical planning and delivery support for onsite events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • 3+ years’ experience in business operations. • 3+ years’ experience with Federal government agencies. • US Citizenship is required per federal contract requirement. • This position requires an OJP security clearance due to the handling of personally identifiable information (PII). Candidate must currently hold or be able to obtain clearance.
