Description

• Lead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow applications • Work closely with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Support data migration design and activities • Assist architects in the design and integration of ServiceNow with other systems • Collaborate with solutions architects to analyze platform performance • Validate the completeness of the team’s documentation • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations • Support end-user training • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations • Contribute to the development of ICF’s best practices and standards • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features • Provide technical guidance to Associate ServiceNow Developers • Support the development of client roadmaps and solution demonstrations

Requirements

• 5 + years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions • 5 + years of experience working with an Agile implementation framework. • 8+ years of IT Modernization experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer • 3+ years of experience working and developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS. • 3 + years of experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology. • 2+ years of Integration experience (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC, and file imports). • 1+ years of experience in Administration of a ServiceNow instance including managing users, groups, and roles, CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items • U.S. Citizenship required (required by the federal government for this position)
