Description

• Support project training and technical assistance (TTA) delivery • Support virtual TTA and webinars as necessary • Draft outreach materials including correspondence and eblasts • Maintain and update project Standard Operating Procedures and templates • Manage and monitor a project dashboard and SharePoint portal • Support project quality control through activities such as monitoring deliverables schedule • Provide logistics support for trainings and regional meetings • Collect and compile data for project reports • Create and process consultant agreements and expense vouchers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Minimum 3 years in coordinating complex projects • Minimum 1 year working knowledge of effective TTA program
