Description

• The ICF Senior BI Analyst will support ICF’s Health Engineering Solutions (HES) CMS client team. • Analyze complex healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Microstrategy, Power BI, AWS Quicksight etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and delivery actionable insights. • Designing and implement data models, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. • Conduct data validation, data cleansing and data profiling to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a BI Analyst and a bachelor's degree (preferred in computer science, Data science, math or equivalent) or a master's degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience. • 5+ years of experience with business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools. • 2 years’ experience with SQL and other database management systems. • 1-year proven ability to work with large and complex data sets.
