Description

• We seek a talented User Experience Researcher to join a growing team of designers, researchers, and writers. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, synthesize secondary research, and translate insights into powerful stories. • This position will be embedded in one of our projects in the federal healthcare IT industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in psychology, human computer interaction, human factors, or related field) • 3+ years of applied UX research experience in the software industry. • Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the U.S., and work must be performed in the U.S. • Candidate must have resided in the U.S. 3 of the last 5 years • Candidate must be eligible for public trust. • Master’s degree in psychology, human computer interaction, human factors, or related field preferred. • 10+ years of overall professional experience preferred. • Able to provide 1 or more case studies demonstrating your research process and deliverables. • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA / Section 508 compliance preferred. • Experience in federal contracting or healthcare IT preferred. • Active or past clearance to work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or the US Department of Health and Human Services.
