• Responsible for designing and building visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web applications • Strong focus on user experience principles • Translating design mockups into functional, interactive components using React frameworks • Collaborating closely with designers to ensure optimal user flow and interaction across different devices
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent technical discipline required • Minimum of four (4) years working experience as a UI/UX Engineer required • Relevant experience in the Healthcare industry • Strong proficiency with Typescript, React, TailwindCSS, Docker, Jest, NestJS, Typeorm, PostgreSQL and Payload CMS (all 9) required • Proficient in React concepts like components, state management, props, lifecycle methods and hooks • Expertise in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, including advanced CSS techniques like flexbox and grid layout • Knowledge of user experience design principles like information architecture, user flows, and accessibility standards • Familiarity with Design Tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Ability to optimize React applications for speed and responsiveness across different devices • Experience with unit testing libraries like Jest and React Testing Library • Familiarity with Redux or other state management solutions • Expertise in building responsive interfaces that adapt to different screen sizes and devices • Understanding of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and how to implement inclusive design principles • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Flexible thinking with ability to pivot when faced with challenges • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
