📋 Description

• Drive new sales and manage ongoing customer relationships for ICP’s Astec products on a national basis. • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new end user customers, contractors, and distributors. • Retain accounts by checking customers’ buying history, suggesting related new items and explaining technical features and benefits. • Grow existing customers through email automation, cold calling, customer inquiries and other lead generation tools. • Respond to customer’s requests for quotes, product support, tracking orders, technical needs and other inquiries. • Identify key audiences for outbound prospecting: considering criteria such as industry, organization size, contact role, and other demographics relevant to the campaign or offering. • Obtain and cleanse raw contact data from platforms including ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, and ConstructConnect for use in outreach. • Communicate via phone, email, social media, and additional viable channels with prospects, sharing foundational product knowledge. • Dial in high volume daily, attempting to touch triple digit contacts by phone each day. • Author and send email content via Salesforce automation tools in support of calling campaigns. • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-up activity using Salesforce. • Coordinate as appropriate with field sales, product management, marketing, and other inside sales teams to create and nurture effective working relationships. • Regularly provide reporting on activities, prospects, and wins utilizing Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, and additional business intelligence tools as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field. • Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or construction a plus. • Strong verbal and written communications skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM. • Excellent time management and organization.
