• Responsible for generating and developing new leads. • Communicating with customers in sales support and direct sales roles. • Maintaining a pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce. • Following established sales protocol to ensure successful customer outcomes. • Drive new sales and manage ongoing customer relationships for ICP’s Astec products on a national basis. • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new end user customers, contractors, and distributors. • Retain accounts by checking customers’ buying history, suggesting related new items and explaining technical features and benefits. • Grow existing customers through email automation, cold calling, customer inquiries, and other lead generation tools. • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-up activity using Salesforce.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field. • Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or construction a plus. • Strong verbal and written communications skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM. • Excellent time management and organization.
