• As a Veterinary Imaging Account Manager, you will manage 300-400 customers in an assigned territory • Responsible for Telemedicine utilization growth and identify new opportunities • Provide subject matter expertise to customers over phone or video conferencing • Deliver on quarterly goals and account revenue growth • Provide sales forecasts and negotiate pricing • Maintain Salesforce with accurate customer profiles • Develop strategic partnerships within the company • Understand and promote new offerings • Prepare reports summarizing work activities and sales results • Engage with Sales Leaders to enhance best practices
• 3-5+ years of successful inside sales experience • Animal health/veterinary or human healthcare industry preferred • Excellent customer service and business relationship-building skills required • Ability to negotiate and close sales • Strong communications skills including writing, listening and questioning • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly • Capability to absorb and articulate technical information • Highly motivated and goal oriented • Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Computer proficiency (Salesforce, Microsoft Office: Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook) • Travel: You are able to travel overnight, if needed and potentially work weekends, if needed to attend tradeshows or other occasional meetings • May visit Veterinary Clinics
