You'll transform our time and attendance processes into seamless experiences, letting our teams can focus on innovation and customer value. • Design intelligent time-tracking solutions for our diverse workforce needs • Manage absence rules and accrual calculations • Ensure compliance with labor laws and union agreements • Lead process improvements for time and attendance • Create user friendly documentation and training • Serve as our time and attendance strategic advisor

Requirements

3+ years expertise with Workday Time Tracking and Attendance • Ability to translate complex policies into user-friendly solutions • Strong analytical mindset for data-driven problem solving • Track record of successful process optimization • Excellent collaboration skills across HR, Legal, and Payroll functions • Professional certifications in Workday Time Tracking and Attendance (It Would Be Nice If) • Knowledge of Workday Payroll operations (It Would Be Nice If) • HR experience with wage and hour expertise (It Would Be Nice If) • End-user training experience (It Would Be Nice If) • Passion for expanding Workday HCM expertise (It Would Be Nice If)
