Description

• Supports Cigna's IFP Risk Adjustment and Quality Management program. • Responsible for coding reviews and audits for RA programs. • Ensures compliance with CMS/HHS guidelines for RA. • Conducts training of junior team members and partners. • Identifies Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) opportunities. • Accurately assigns ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes related to RA. • Conducts audits of coding results for compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

• College Education preferred/High School diploma required. • Five years coding experience with Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification or equivalent. • Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) certification preferred. • Proficiency with ICD-10-CM coding and CMS/HHS regulations. • HCC coding experience and Risk Adjustment knowledge preferred. • Computer competency with Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat. • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
