• Join the fast-paced world of real estate development at Impact Housing • Seeking exceptional Vice President of Acquisitions to manage origination, structuring, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions • Lead sourcing, negotiating and closing high-yield acquisitions • Establish and develop business relationships to create deal pipeline • Manage financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial real estate experience in transactional focus on acquisitions, brokerage, and/or investments • Experience in multifamily development as well as other property types in San Diego and/or Los Angeles market • Strong relationship builder with entrepreneurial mindset • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with third parties including developers and brokers • High level of integrity and dependability • Strong analytical skills, problem analysis, project budget modeling and project scheduling • Excellent written and oral communication skills
