📋 Description

• Hyper scale Data Center General Manager (Owner Representative) • Leader of data center division and subject matter expert. • Lead design and construction management process. • Ensure project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets standards. • Project Planning and Delivery through schedules and budgets. • Compliance with company standards and others. • Design and Construction Management with team leadership. • Risks Management, Quality Assurance and budgeting.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center development, construction management. • Proven track record of delivering large-scale data center projects. • Experience with brownfield projects and liquid-cooled data centers. • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Knowledge of data center design, construction, and operations. • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., TIA-942, Tier III/IV). • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Asana). • Experience with hyperscale data center operators or technology companies. • Familiarity with sustainable design principles and energy efficiency strategies. • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED AP) preferred.
