• Are you looking to take on a leadership role as a Carrier Sales Manager? • The Carrier Sales Manager will be a player/coach, managing day-to-day operations of the Brokerage team along with sourcing capacity to meet customer needs. • This position does not require relocation and is fully remote with occasional travel, less than 5%. • IL2000 is a 3rd party transportation and logistics service provider focusing on optimizing supply chain performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of team leadership/management experience. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field preferred. • Demonstrated success in a proactive sales environment. • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills. • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. • Detail orientated with analytical and technical skills. • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
