Description

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize client value • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, support) to ensure seamless client experiences • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your account portfolio • Monitor and report on key account performance metrics and client health indicators • Conduct regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and business reviews • Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements

• Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS account management or a similar client-facing role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) • In-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry and software implementation processes • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for customer success • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
