Description

• Partner with new healthcare clients to understand their specific needs and goals • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Lead and coordinate the implementation team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal teams and clients • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure client staff are comfortable using our solutions • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks • Document the entire implementation process for future reference and improvement • Coordinate with Operations the go live dates and project requirements in advance allowing the Operations team to do the necessary adjustments • Collaborate with product development teams to address client feedback and propose enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred) • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare industry • Proven experience in leading and managing complex implementations • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and workflows • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) • Experience with healthcare IT systems (a plus) • PMP certification (a plus) • Green Belt Six Sigma certification (a plus) • Experience with EDI (a plus)
