Description

• Plan, manage, and monitor teams across multiple customer projects of varying complexity. • Use knowledge of clinical data and research industry to evaluate customer needs, propose solutions to customer requirements, and maintain high customer satisfaction. • Proactively identify dependencies in order to successfully execute on the BEK delivery and implementation plans. • Function as escalation point to triage issues and ensure timely effective issue resolution. • Support the activities that drive high active weekly usage of BEK solutions. • Manage training plans and project documentation. • Nurture the next generation of BEK talent. • Ensure compliance with BEK processes and project management methods.
