📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Job Title: EMR Implementation Manager • Location: Remote with potential travel to client sites. • Job Type: Full-time • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced EMR (Electronic Medical Record) Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment and integration of EMR systems across healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing complex EMR implementations and a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, IT infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that the implementation process improves clinical and operational outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in EMR/EHR implementation, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. • Deep understanding of various EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech) and healthcare IT infrastructure. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare operations in hospital and outpatient settings. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Meaningful Use requirements. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and functions. • Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve technical issues efficiently. • PMP or other project management certification is preferred but not required.
