📋 Description

• Join Velera and drive client success in financial services • Conduct thorough discovery of client needs and identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with teams to ensure effective loan origination system implementation • Provide ongoing client support and stay informed on industry changes

🎯 Requirements

• Conduct thorough initial discovery of the client's underwriting guidelines, product configurations, policies, and procedures • Identify areas for improvement and address any custom requests • Complete Gap Analysis to define system set-up requirements • Collaborate with clients and vendors to establish an effective implementation plan for the loan origination system (LOS) • Facilitate meetings with key client personnel, communicate conversion schedules and changes to all stakeholders, and manage client business requirements • Ensure completion of the Client Configuration Document (CCD) to facilitate a smooth implementation process • Assist in the development of test cases and perform comprehensive testing, document results, and promptly address any issues during implementation • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to identify gaps in products, services, and features • Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, resolve issues and facilitate the adoption of new features and enhancements • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the lending industry, regulations, and emerging services • Perform other duties as assigned
