Description

• Ganymede is building a Cloud Platform for the life sciences • As an Implementation Manager, you'll lead complex implementations with clients • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze requirements • Work with the scientific software engineering team to design software solutions • Identify and own potential risks impacting implementation timelines • Work closely with the Ganymede Commercial team during the sales cycle • Continuously evaluate for process improvement in implementation methodologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing enterprise services role • At least 2 years of experience specifically in a client-facing implementation or project/program management role at a technology company • Minimum of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Science or a related field • Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of software development concepts, web technologies, databases, and system integrations • Familiarity with software implementation methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) within a biotechnology or regulated environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to project management and troubleshooting • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Results-focused attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
