Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS implementation projects • Manage successful implementations for healthcare insurance customers • Ensure requirements are clearly captured and customer is positioned for success • Perform risk management and implement corrective measures • Create and distribute status reports to management and customers • Lead customer and internal calls • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality product and service • Build partnerships with customer counterparts

Requirements

• 8+ years project management experience in healthcare insurance industry • Experience leading large scale projects • Well-organized with a strong attention to detail • Self-starter and accountable, with a track record of delivering strong performance • Experience collaborating effectively across various levels and areas, internal and external • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to understand and support the customer • Understanding of healthcare payers, TPAs, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare marketplace • Experience using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office • Work across multiple time zones in remote work environment • May require travel to client site or company headquarters – approx. 10-15%
